Ten years on the world's most complex marine and large-scale construction programs, currently with Walt Disney Imagineering on the $4.5B+ Disney Adventure cruise newbuild at Meyer Wismar, Germany, representing the owner across a 345 m vessel from design through FAT, SAT, and handover.

I sit at the center of owner, shipyard, and vendor relationships, keeping scope, schedule, and budget aligned across multi-disciplinary teams on programs up to $4.5B. The work is straightforward in principle and merciless in detail: every interface decided, every drawing reconciled, every test executed, on time.

Deep expertise in SOLAS compliance, fire integrity, weight & stability, class/flag regulations, FAT/SAT readiness, and ITP/ITR discipline. Selected by Disney to cross over from shipyard PM to Owner's Representative on the same vessel, a rare distinction giving visibility from both sides.
